Why Tai Chi?

• Tai Chi is a slow movement exercise class.
• The moves can be modified for all ages and levels of fitness.
• Tai Chi can be done seated, standing, or even lying down.
• Tai Chi improves balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, relaxation, circulation, fall prevention, posture, and wellness!
